| Registration and breakfast will begin at 8 am each day; sessions begin at 9 am. Lunch will include Table Topics sessions, an opportunity to discuss selected topics. There is an optional dinner Friday. |

| The Symposium will be held at the Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport, 8256 University Blvd. , Coraopolis,

must make your reservations directly with the hotel. Be sure to mention the International Ferret Congress for best rates
or go to the Holiday
Inn Pittsburgh Airport website. A limited number of rooms are available at the special rate of $95 for single or double rooms, Nov. 4 - 10.
You must book by October 14, 2008 to take advantage of this rate.

| Cancellation
Policies |
| All registration cancellations received by October 15th will be subject to a $20 processing fee, which will
be deducted from any refund. Cancellations from October 16th will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued after October 30th as catering commitments must be finalized at that time. |

| The purpose of this Symposium is to learn and engage in constructive discussions. We expect there may
be disagreements on some issues, but we ask that people show respect for each other and for differingviewpoints. Anyone who cannot maintain civility will be asked to leave and no refund will be issued. |
